Fully Auto Straight-line Two-colour TR Sole Injection Moulding Machine(sole injection machine).

Features:    

1.The machine specialized in producing single or double color high-grade shoes outsole of TR and performance similar to TR thermoplastic material,with excellent physicsperformance and outline quality. 
2.It has two color mould rotating mechanism of automatic transposition,the module body can revolve for 90^o or 180^o,and can complete injection and molding the two color outsole in one cabinet.
3.The temperature of material pipe adopts P.I.D temperature control module with constant temperature to ensure the quality.
4.It adopts stand-up type independent module structure,and which is suitable for mass production,
5.The inject seat shift can sense mould station sequence with rapid shift ,precise orientation,the orientation  precision ≤±1mm.
6.The machine uses hydraulic pressure control the course based on proportioning valve of pressure flux and controls the injection volume by the electric metric ruler,with the relative temperature ≤1%.
7.This machine has safe protecting setting, pneumatic safe door and automatic leaving mould structure to make sure the safety for operators.
8.The module adopts refrigeration and air double function cooling system, so as to make the distorrion of finished products to the least.
